The Machines Arena is an upcoming fast-paced PvP (player vs player) game, which combines the light-hearted nature of cartoons with competitive and thrilling gameplay.
We were commissioned by Directive Games to formulate the strategy for the closed beta of The Machines Arena.
We first reviewed existing branding and assets to help them align more effectively with their vision. We also analysed the business goals and objectives, the target audience, competitors and overall market.
Using this research we created a new positioning strategy for The Machines Arena, including a mission, vision and values in the gaming ecosystem.
Finally, we used that groundwork to create a cohesive marketing strategy, including:
