We worked closely with Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe to develop their 2021-2022 esports strategy for their games ‘Soul Calibur’, ‘Dragon Ball FighterZ’, and ‘Tekken’.
We created a strategy not only based on Bandai Namco’s current plan, but also on benchmarks that we provided.
We then created an execution plan for 2021 and 2022 including insights into what the ecosystem could become.
